Refund & Returns Policy

Returns and Cancellations
You may cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Email info@confortoliving.com with your order number to start the process. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us. Approved returns should be sent to Returns Department, Stansfield & Co. Ltd, 5 Kennet Grove, Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, NE28 8BU, United Kingdom. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or evidence of return. Delivery charges are refunded in full where the entire order is cancelled within the cancellation period, up to the cost of standard delivery.
